A chalet on three levels surrounded by nature, designed to accommodate up to 8 people including families and groups of
friends, where comfort, space and well-being come together in a single mountain experience.
In Ponte di Legno, in a private and quiet location, the chalet allows you to experience the mountains with the right
balance between privacy and comfort, away from chaos but a few minutes from all services.
A short distance away is the Sozzine Park, much loved by families and children, as well as easily accessible ski slopes,
facilities and services in the town center.
The real strength of the house is the private wellness area: an exclusive spa with sauna and whirlpool,
ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes or trails, transforming every stay into
a rejuvenating experience.
The interior spaces are large and functional: bright living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen and convivial
dining area, designed to enjoy moments together in total comfort.
The three bedrooms are ideal for groups and families: a double bedroom, a second bedroom with
two single beds and a bunk bed, and a third bedroom with a bunk bed. The house has two
full bathrooms.
Outside, a private garden with mountain views offers a perfect space for outdoor lunches and
moments of relaxation, along with private parking and storage for skis and snowboards.

Check-in is flexible and the stay is discreetly supported for every need. Concierge included and, on
request, it is possible to organize selected local experiences to experience the mountains in an even more
complete way.
